Hello Mrkrabs and welcome to the forum! I have a Gray Tree Frog myself...though I'm not sure which of the 2 species he is....(He was found in Oklahoma)...I have heard his call before...but it happened when I was asleep and was woke up by him. If somebody had some sound clips of the 2 species...maybe I could indentify his species type.

I found this page - it should help as far as the call is concerned.

Range maps in both the Audubon and Peterson's field guide include both species in the the range map with no distinction of their different ranges.
