Because one reduces the efficiency of the other if taken together and the frog's system will not absorb it as well as if taken on separate days. If you are using Repcal brand it will explain it on the label as to why they don't make the Ca together with the multivitamin.

Ok allright, thanks. Good to know that, I won't mix them again. I don't have the Repcal brand actually, haven't seen it being sold here in Belgium.
