    Default moving a adf

My in laws gave me elmo the frog and masaki the betta in the same tank and i was wondering if i put the frog in his own tank will he continue to hide as much. They are both in a ten gallon and i was wondering if it was safe for now to put the adf in a five gallon tank but i don't have a filter or heater for it until next week.

Either the Betta or a single ADF will be fine in a 5G. Not sure of location; but lack of heater should not be a problem now, it's been in the 90s the whole week at mine. If no filter just replace 25% of tank water daily with dechlorinated same temperature water. Once get filter, it will take around 30 days to cycle, so keep doing water changes every couple days to keep ammonia and nitrites low. Good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
