I either have northern or planes leopard frogs and was wondering if there are aby thing i could feed them that u can find just out side or do they only eat crickets.
Leopard frogs will generally eat anything, you can try worms and
grasshoppers but you may introduce internal parasites to your frog

I used to have a big female Leopard Frog. I used earthworms as a staple. However, I fed her lots of boxelders.

My leopard frogs love crickets. I also feed them mealworms as well. They're not picky eaters.
