If there are broken bones or something of that magnitude, you would expect to see swelling. Also, in cases of broken bones, the frog wouldn't be able to move the broken limb. I'd say that if you don't see any swelling and the 'weak' leg can still move normally (just weaker than the right leg) then you're probably not looking at a break. A vet would be good, but if you can't get to one this might help you determine if there's a break or something.
