    Default Agalychnis Callidryas eggs

Since my couple of Cruziohyla calcarifer didn't lay eggs last week in the rain chamber i decided to try with my small group of A callidryas. I moved them to the rain chamber this monday and yesterday i saw the first amplexus, this morning i found two clutches and took this video: Agalychnis callidryas eggs - YouTube the first one around 15 and the other one around 50-60 eggs, then after cutting the leaves i found two more, here is a bad quality picture of all clutches:

The Agalychnis callidryas tadpoles are growing fast, some are starting to develop their back legs.

    Hi,

Around 40 of 80-90 tadpoles of Agalychnis callidryas came out of water about 2-3 weeks ago, i kept 10 individuals to keep breeding them in captivity and released around 30 in the wild this week, i picked 12 tadpoles of a different bloodline from an artificial pond in the middle of the rainforest to breed them in the future with my other group of 10. I will be releasing the rest of the tadpoles in the wild as soon as they became froglets, some pictures of the process:

Thanks to everyone, even if red eyed leaf frogs are very common in Costa Rica you'll never know what can happen in the future, i remember when Agalychnis annae were as common as the RELF but now they are endangered, so is good to be working with this species.
