you're trying to insert your image directly from computer, the forum can't support that, you need to do following:
go advanced (button at the bottom down the thread)
then press paperclip button ( attachments) you will see file upload manager window open. in there you go to "add files", then upload them from your computer, then drag what you wanna post in the area where it says so, then "insert online", then "done"
