Question HELP- tadpole with a missing front leg!!

Do tadpoles grow there front legs together or one at a time? I have this one tadpole that is about to turn to a frog in a day or two but its missing a front leg. My other ones had both front legs when they turned but he/she is missing one. Should i be concerned for this little guy?

    Hi,
They can pop the front legs on different days.
Sometimes you can see the fronts if you shine a little light on the tad through the container it's in.
    Can you post a photo?

This little guys front's popped a day or so apart.
This photo shows the fronts through skin prior to popping.
