I'm not saying to free her, just sounds like she's not content in her viv. I don't remember the size you have her in, but she and all toads should have enough room to get a good hop in. In the wild they do cover a lot of ground at night time when hunting. I've got a 40 gallon breeder tank for 4 toads and they utilize all the ground space plus climb on the cork bark, rocks and branches that are in there. But then I'm no toad psychologist, this is just my opinion.

Does she have a water bowl? I know that toads can be kept with just a daily misting, but I had a toad for a month or so, that was only happy when he had a pool of water...
