Back this past November I bought 100 small nymphs and had 150ish left after I had decided to stop feeding them off and get a breeding colony going so there was a pretty generous over count. Well after months of waiting, I noticed my first new born nymphs climbing about a few weeks ago. So today I stripped down the colony to give it a good cleaning, separate the babies and count everybody out.
the breeders/large nymphs
52 mature females
18 mature males went back into the colony
16 mature males are going to meet my scorps and Morbo
45 unsexed large nymphs
Finally the babies!
309 of these little ones, not to bad for my first batch. A little over half went back into the colony and the rest into a feeder box
I'm super excited and wanted to share:beer:
