Age?

I think I've miss aged my whites tree frog. I think he is younger than I am thinking/was told. Are there anyways you can guess a closer age? I just want to make sure I've got him on the right feeding pattern too. (I was told once a week like 12 crickets) I just don't want to starve the poor thing, or over feed him. any suggestions?

Feeding once a week is not frequent enough, even for an adult white's.
A great way to tell if your white's is getting enough food, or not enough, is by the folds of skin over his ears. If they hang down over his ears, he's too fat and you will want to cut back on the number of crickets per feeding. If there are no fatty ridges over his ears, too skinny....
A good frequency for feeding an adult white's is about 4-5 times per week. I feed my adult white's every other day, about 3-4 appropriately sized dusted crickets (no larger than the space between his eyes). I also have a juvenile white's (under 1 year old), and she eats every day still. I let her eat as many crickets she wants per night. She sometimes chooses not to eat, but almost always does. And she is not too fat at all.
You're right that we do not want our white's getting too fat! It is not healthy for them.
IS the frog croaking? What size is he? I could maybe estimate on whether he is adult or not based on size.

Thanks for the response! He is croaking, at night or early evening once! It actually scared me when he did it for the first time. From your description he might be under weight! Ill try feeding him tomorrow!
