let it set for a minute or two.
Then using the frosting bag inject the mixture into the center of the gelatin.

That will be less prone to leak the frozen mix into the water.
You could freeze the unused for later use.
I was thinking ingredients. I have frozen Daphnia and Mysis on hand (this is mostly fed to my fish), I feel both would be good since these frogs do feed heavily on small arthropods in the wild. I am trying to make a list of more things to add to the 'mix'.

Any suggestions? I am wondering if any plant material would be beneficial, perhaps romaine lettuce (to add calcium) since plant matter would be found in the 'gut' of the arthropods they would consume in nature?
