Default Dubia breeders/keepers: What do you use as a heat source?

For those of you who keep your dubia in plastic storage containers/tubs...What do you use for a heat source? Are you happy with it?

I just started keeping Dubia's and I use a old style (human use) heating pad with a hygrotherm HT-10 controller.
It keeps the temps very steady at 95.

A word to the wise you must use a older heating pad that has manual settings for heat control.
A newer digital or electronic controls will not work when the HT-10 cuts power the pad will not turn back on
after the HT-10 returns power to the pad when it calls for heat.

Look for units that have a dial or mechanical buttons that actually click in and stay on.
if it has any kind of LCD display pass it over.
    Cheaper the better.

I have a glass tank for mine. I use a 100watt red heat bulb in a dimmer dome set on a screen lid. I have my heat set at 90'F.

Flexwatt heat tape (properly mounted under the bin) with a thermostat.

Very happy with it. I've used this method to heat feeder insect, cockroach, and snake racks for the last 8 years and have always been pleased.

I use 2 150 watt ceramic bulbs in a closet. It allows me to heat 5 different large roach bins. This also alows me to keep adding more bins and species without any additional heating required. Saves me a lot of money. The bulbs even bring the temp of the whole bedroom up which my toads and snakes love.

Same as Jeff (heat tape) but with manual rheostat set to maintain 90F.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

I have always wanted to use flex watt heat tape, as I have heard nothing but glowing reviews. I'm having trouble finding how to set it up though, and the little info I have found tends to contradict each other. Any advice on YouTube vids that show how to set it up and places I can buy this stuff?
