Hi all,
I have 2 pacmans one is doing very well.
the other is a albino and I've had him since he was tiny.
he was growing quite fast and eating well.
over the last few months his growth has slowed down and so has his appetite. I've also noticed he is really reluctant to use his front legs. I'm not sure if this is because he is weak?
he is really fussy with eating lately. He used to eat anything and now will only eat locust.
its got to the point I either take him to the vet or I try to force feed him. I've had to do this with a geckos in the past and it has worked for them. I'm not too sure if this is a done thing with frogs.
now I've moved him onto kitchen towel for the time being as I wasn't sure if the Eco earth was causing him to get a little impacted. The reason I say this is that he used to get a mouth full when feeding every now and then.
The temperature is 28C day and night. No fluctuation between day and night as its quite hot here at the moment.
i mist him every day, some times twice a day.
i use a calcium supplement on his food at least once a week. However he isn't eating it at the mo.
any suggestions?

Hi Donna! Think was good idea to transfer to hospital like enclosure. Not sure if it's the photo angle but that posture does not appear normal. Can you please answer questions posted below to try and narrow it down. I'm starting to think some of these "albinos" turn out more challenging than normal pigmented ones. My "Fresita" (Strawberry Pineapple) suffers from low appetite and digestive issues even though all parameters are within specs. Good luck !

I have to agree his front legs look paralysed but he can move them. He just doesn't use them to move his body.
also back legs always seem pushed out the back that is odd compared to my other pacman.
Get some multivitamins as soon as possible and like Grif said dust food with it once a week. I use Exo Terra Multivitamin powder which is good.
