    Seems his front legs have become paralysed. Answer the questions Carlos has posted.

    1. size of enclosure was in a exoterra now in a 45l Staky box (hospital tank)
    2. # of inhabitants - specifically other frogs and size differences. On his own
    3. Humidity. >80% using digital monitor
    4. Temperature. 28C
    5. Water - type - for both misting and soaking dish bottled mineral water only
    6. Materials used for substrate. Was Eco earth 3 inches now paper towel
    7. Enclosure set up i.e. plants (live or artificial), wood, bark and other materials. Fake plants wood hide (disinfected using F10)
    - How were things prepared prior to being put into the viv.
    8. Main food source. Locust crickets the odd pinkie
    9. Vitamins and calcium? (how often). At least once a week
    10. Lighting. 20w energy saving bulb about 4ft higher than viv. It's not very bright.
    11. What is being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure. Heat mat on side of enclosure
    12. When is the last time he/she ate. About 4 days ago
    13. Have you found poop lately. 1 week
    14. A pic would be helpful including frog and enclosure (any including cell phone pic is fine)
    15. How old is the frog. Purchased as a small frog in late December
    16. How long have you owned him/her. 7 months
    17. Is the frog wild caught or captive bred. Pass
    18. Frog food- how often and if it is diverse, what other feeders are used as treats
    19. How often the frog is handled. Very rare. Generally pick him up in a plastic sandwich box if needed
    20. Is the enclosure kept in a high or low traffic area. Very low
    21. Describe enclosure maintenance (water changes, cleaning, etc). Clean water every day. Spot clean Eco earth and full replacement every 3 weeks. Now on kitchen towel I'm changing every other day as its getting a bit yellow and stinky.

    I have to agree his front legs look paralysed but he can move them. He just doesn't use them to move his body.

    also back legs always seem pushed out the back that is odd compared to my other pacman.

    What supplements are you providing?

    His hind legs look extended some because he is off balance from not supporting himself with his front legs.

    oh :-( it certainly looks like I've been doing something wrong. I've not been giving him multivitamin.
    ive not been giving this to either frog. Only calcium and d3.

    so any ideas how to try and get this frog to pull through.
