I bought two cases from Komodo last weekend up in Manchester. Paid half of what I normally pay. I have purchased from them before and had no problems. I don't mail order crickets as I have had some bad experiences with that, mostly because of overly pricey shippers that drop the ball 90% of the time.

I normally get my crickets from Zoo Creatures/NERD on a Tuesday night.
