That's fine. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just something to cover the sides so the frog isn't as stressed. I've seen people use magazine pages, construction paper, etc. It may be more visually pleasing to US to have the fancy terrarium backgrounds, but the frogs really aren't that picky.

I moved the enclosure to corner, will this help with the wallpaper issue?

Yes, can cover other side with even newspaper, until you find something you like. This is combo meter I use; but you can also get a hygrometer only version for couple bucks less http://www.amazon.com/Terra-Digital-...rra+hygrometer .

To cover top with saran cut a piece that will cover half the top and tape it to edges. If humidity still needs to be higher; then cover a total of 3/4 of screen and adjust as required. Good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

And the corner of the room has less traffic and high traffic can stress out the frog.

It is nice that you have a hide for it but packies like to burrow into the substrate.
I highly recommend eco earth coco fiber.
you can get it n compressed bricks or loose in bags.
and it holds moisture very well and your frog will love digging in it .
    heres is what mine does.
