You need to get a thermometer and hygrometer ASAP. Pacs will stop eating and get stressed very quickly if their temp and humidity aren't in the right range. Stress can kill a frog.

yes, you need to get hydrometer and thermometer, digital are the best, for thermometers i prefer infrared. at any rate you need to know these numbers and monitor them closely, most pacs would eat only after lights are off and temp cool off a few degrees, that is when they eat in a wild.
since you use UVB - what kind of pac do you have? they don't need UVB and some UVB are too bright for a regular colored pacman, while it is a big no-no for albino.

what are you using for heating?

everything else looks great! good job on that! what size is a frog in inches? we can give approximate estimate on his age. and of course pics would be helpful too
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!

He doesn't need the UVB light.

Cover 3/4 of the screen top with saran wrap/plastic wrap to hold heat and humidity in.

Cover 3 sides of the tank with some kind of natural background so the frog feels secure and not exposed.

Keep the temps from 78° to 80°.

Humidity must be 70% to 80%. Hygrometers are not expensive most of the time. Buy digital temp and humidity gauges. They are more accurate.

That's fine. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just something to cover the sides so the frog isn't as stressed. I've seen people use magazine pages, construction paper, etc. It may be more visually pleasing to US to have the fancy terrarium backgrounds, but the frogs really aren't that picky.

I moved the enclosure to corner, will this help with the wallpaper issue?
