I would try Dusted crickets and or Dubia roaches. Since the calcium might be making the worm
excrete mucus more than usual making it not as appetizing to the frog.
I never dust my night crawlers since my supplements have some sodium and other mineral salts that
don't react well with worms. I have even tried to dissolve the supplements in Distilled water and tried injecting
it into the worms to not get the external reaction but that didn't do well either.
And earth worms are a good source of calcium without any supplements.
I dust and gut-load my crickets and Dubia roaches.
