Misting system

So, I've been working on a project for a few weeks with a misting system for my terrarium, and I think I'm almost ready to go! My fogger is dying and ZooMed is I guess sending me one, but I need something reliable! I had a few questions to see if some could answer them.

1. I'm worried about drowning my tank, my pump is 300GPH but this is was the best for this project, but the spray heads are 7GPH, so it's not too bad, but I have the set up for the reptifogger to help regulate things, but do you think this will work with the pump? It wont be fog coming out, but a fine mist.

2. I was thinking about doing misting heads around the top (which is about 4-5 heads), but this would probably be a little excessive? it's a 18x18x24 tank.

3. Is there a timing system I can use to regulate this or should the repti-fogger timer thing do the trick?
