Hey guys and gals!
I had a customer bring in their two WTFs to the pet store that I work at to drop them off. I would love to take them home (as I was told they were blue phase), but one of them has me slightly worried.
The female (I am assuming it's a female) has a large bump on her back. It's solid and she doesn't seem to mind it being poked at, however, I was wondering if anyone might have an idea on what it could be?! Her skin is rather bumpy looking as well.
I have some Baytril at home, but I don't want to treat with it in case it doesn't do any good. I would love to give them a home at my house, however, I don't want anything to happen to my pair that I have at home.
Thanks in advance!
Wish I could help, but I have no idea what it is. I would have it checked out by a Vet to be on the safe side. And if you do bring it into your home quarantine is a must, but then I'm sure you know this already.

I am going to guess at this one... I would guess it is either a cyst or parasite (worm). I'd recommend a vet visit with biopsy or excision of the bump. Then they can give you the appropriate treatment.
Definitely keep him quarantined from the others. I'd also assess the other frog for any bumps or lesions. I'd also quarantine the other frog separately until you know what the bump is. He/she could also be a carrier if it is a parasite.
Depending on what the vet finds, the other frog may need treatment too.
