Default Would a rock or gravel based substrate be okay for Bumblebee toads?

I have seen some websites recommend gravel for Bumblebee toads. Would gravel really be alright for these little guys? We have been using Eco Earth and they sort of blend in with it. I'd like to showcase just how beautiful these little guys are. I have 2 in a 10 gallon tank. Is there any specific kind of gravel that would be best?

If using gravel, the diameter has to be larger than frogs mouth to prevent accidental ingestion while eating. Swallowing gravel could lead to impaction or other serious digestive problems. Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
