i have 2 questions

Hi Guys,

1.) does all C. ornata always have a dark spot on the back of their eyes.

2.) what is the best brand of calcium+d3 and multivitamins should i get?

1. I believe so, mine does.

2. Don't know what the best is but I use Exo Terra. An experienced keeper recommended Repashy to me though but I don't know whether that's good or not.

1- Yes all Ornates have false eyespots behind their eyes.

2- I do not know the best, but therd are many good brands that make great supplement products. Exo Terra, Fluker's, Herptivite, Rapashy, Rep-Cal. Any of these brands are good.

From my limited experience in handling frogs:

1. Ornata's false eyes are a species' trademark of sort, all of em have it.

2. Plenty out there as the other members have stated but I think Repashy's, Exo-terra and Zoo-Med are the most popular by far. I use JBL and Exo-Terra personally.

guys have you covered, just to add i prefer repashy, because it is very fine powder, i like how nicely it covers the insect, but as Grif said there are a lot of good products by different brands.
