drop the humidity immediately! 40% is the highest they can tolerate.
please reply to trouble in the enclosure questions so we can help you better.

    1-size of enclosure
2-# on inhabitants - specifically ( if there is another frog ---size differences ?)
    3-humidity
    4-temp
5-water - type - for both misting and soaking dish
    6-materials used for substrate
7-enclosure set up i.e. plants( live or artificial) wood, bark etc -how were things prepared prior to being put into the viv
    8-main food source
    9-vitamins and calcium ? ( how often )
    10-lighting
11-what is, specifically, being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure
12-when is the last time he ate
    13-have you found poop lately
14-a pic would be great ( including the frog ) any little cell phone pic is fine
15- how old is the frog
16-how long have you owned him
17- is the frog wild caught or captive bred
18- frog food- how often and if its diverse what other feeders are used as treats
19- about how often the frog is handled
20-is the enclosure is kept in a high or low traffic area
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!

30x30x45 in cm are way too small for 2 frogs, especially if one is a female ( the bigger one I'm assuming, but i don't see it's head from a side so can't say for sure. for these two you want at least 45x45x60 cm tank. i meant at least! the bigger the better.

UVB is a must! 5.0 for smallish enclosure ( say 18x18x24 in inches or 45x45x60 in cm) for 12 hours a day! use it as a day lamp + basking spot lamp. in a hot spot temps have to be at about 91. even in sunny positions there is no enough of UVB is getting in through the glass.

didn't quite get what type of water you're using? would you please clarify.

3 walls of the enclosure have to be covered, your tank is too open.

last feeding - i hope you meant june 29 of this year, is it right?

vitamins you need to give once a week , not month, calcium every second feeding.

pictures of the frog - are these recent? i can't see what is it on it's skin? water drops?

i want you to do following first:
-cover 3 sides first, put some kind of plant on one of the sides as well
    - turn on your UVB for 12 h a day
    - put the bigger frog on a perch under the UVB lamp.
    - take pics and post them here. i need pic of it's head sideways, pic from front so the belly and face is visible. if pics you posted are not recent, i need then pic from the top as well.

please do that and update on what is happening tomorrow and we'll go from there.

Only thing can add to Lija's comments is about your water source. Still don't understand where water comes from. If not from spring; it needs to be dechlorinated. If from well, a conditioner that removes heavy metals might be needed. Also, can't use distilled or R/O water. Good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

yes that one is a female! and she is unhappy most likely due to the lack of UVB.
you need to adjust your lights. Waxies have to have full spectrum unfiltered sunlight, in a wild they spend all day time high up perching under the sun. In captivity full spectrum can be achieved by combining 5.0 UVB and basking spot lamp (UVA) for a tank of your current size, for bigger tanks you can go as high as 10 UVB.
for plants yes air plants will work or pothos too, although my female killed them pretty fast. most importantly you need to cover 3 sides of your enclosure to make them feel safe.

you said her belly is big, but it is not, it is pretty good size in fact for a female she is good looking as far as proportions go. would you please post pics of the male as well.

water - I'm still confused too as Carlos, do you mean you use filtered water? at any rate don't use it, get a water conditioner ( prime or anything else that is used for fish tanks) and use it for your tap water or you can use bottled spring water.

do not spray them! not frequently anyway, very light misting once in a while and always at night! like once a week is sufficient or once in 2 weeks and do not mist on a frogs. Remember, they need a very low humidity 35-40% max at all the time!
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
