Help please

So I ma new to this site and I just picked up a white tree frog yesterday. Do u need a uth under the tank? And if so what temperature do u set it at? And its just a spot for them to heat up?

unfamiliar with a "uth". please explain what you have for the frogs so far and maybe someone can help you with what you would still need

uth is a under tank heater, so far I have a night light and I basking light I ll put a pic up

so I have the basking light on the left with the thermometer on the left as well under the light so I made that is basking spot, please let me know what do I have wrong
