About feeder dubia

I just bought around 60 dubia roach around half inch n some full grown male around 2inch roach , i wondering its okay to give them to my frog n they could hurt my frog ? n how often i must give them since i dont want make it overweight

Yes, roaches are a good food source. As far as how often to feed, it depends on the size and age of your frog and what you are feeding it. If using dubias, I would feed him around every 3 days.
