    Default Tree Frog Problem

Hello, I am having a problem with one of my green colored Tree Frogs (believed to be a Barking Tree Frog or a Squirrel Tree Frog). A few days ago he was having quite a hard time sticking to the side of his cage, he'd flip over on his back and stay that way unless I tapped him lightly on the back and would slip and slide on the side of the cage. I did separate him from the others in case there was something wrong. He's right "wet" looking, did look to be trying to shed but again with him not being able to stick to the side of his cage and would lose his balance and fall he couldn't properly. I tried feeding him a few days ago and although he was interested he didn't eat the wax worms but he did eat a cricket when I came back with a box of crickets from the pet store. What could be the problem with my frog? Could it also happen to the other 2 that I have?

Bump - The frog is separated from the others, won't eat. Need help, he's been not acting right for about a week and a half to two weeks now. Color has changed from bright green to a dark green, he has problems climbing and has fallen onto his back several times.

Are you using calcium with vitamin D3 and multivitamin supplements?

Honestly, no I haven't. Would it be okay to drop just a finger tip of calcium power in the water and let him soak it up? I'll start using the Calcium dust on these frogs more often, I have noticed that they have had some twitchy legs and toes last week.

You'll have to start very soon. Once you see symptoms their levels are too low and could progress into worse...inability to walk/hop/climb, open jaws, seizures, weak bones...to Metabolic Bone Disease.

I would pick up some liquid supplement and the powder. Start with a liquid soak today and daily until the twitching stops and he can move better. Then start the powdered supplements as the usual schedule ... Calcium/D3 every other day and MVI once a week. After the soaks start with the MVI. Be sure the calcium has vitamin D3 in it and be sure it is phosphorus-free. Vitamin D3 is needed for proper calcium absorption.
