Ok so I just discovered little white worms in Chompers stool. Anyone know what kind they could be?They remind me of tapeworms. If you want a pic ill try to get one but they are really tiny.

You are going to have to get a fecal test done to find out exactly what type of parasites your frog has. It would be hard to confirm exactly what type of worm you are seeing unless you have a great camera that can zoom in very close. You will also have to setup a hospital tank in the meantime and break down and clean the enclosure using a very mild bleach solution. Toss the old substrate and clean the tank very thoroughly. Do not put your frog back into it's old enclosure until it's been diagnosed and treated/cleared of the parasites. I'm sorry this happened to you already since you haven't had your pet for that long. This unfortunately is what comes with owning an animal, the good and the bad.
