So I have an American Toad female under the age of 3 and I keep her in a 10 gallon tank. Is this an okay tank for her?

Hello Logan ! A 10 gal. tank is minimum size recommended. IMO, would use a 10 gal. for toad 3 in. or less and 15 gal. for a 3-4 in. snout to vent (SVL) length.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
Good! My toad is only two and a half inches!
