So you have a rain chamber inside your vivarium that isn't completely sealed off from the part of your vivarium that has substrate?

Pictures would probably help us help you here. I've never seen a rain chamber built inside a vivarium that has substrate in it. The usual way is to have the rain chamber in it's own tank and move the frogs to the rain chamber to give them a rainy season to induce breeding.
