    I'm unsure of what species of toad this is, but you can treat the cuts with Original Neosporin without pain relief or Bactine. Clean the wounds with luke warm dechlorinated water and apply daily.

    Is it missing a patch of skin on the left side?

    Definitely a toad looking at a local state list of toads should help you ID it.
