    Default can you help ID us ?

    Friend gave me 2 frogs and a toad for early bday from his colony however hes unshure who bred my main concern is the toad he has FBT and americans im hoping its a FBT

    others could possibly be leopard n tree

    He has Leopard, Tree, Skippers, and gah one other was in his tank frog wise but I am loosing the name atm

    Default can you help ID us ?

    Here are some websites for you. Keep in mind that babies and young frogs and toads often change a bit as they grow into adults and you may see some variations in their patterns and colors. Many can also change colors a bit, such as darken/lighten or change from green to brown depending on their moods and time of day .

    P.S. I would recommend you change the bark to coconut fiber substrate. It is much safer for them, especially when they are hunting. They could accidentally ingest the bark when hunting.

    Yikes really ? I just got a bag but have not yet opened it Thank you for that tip!! I will see if I can exchange it !! Now as for the coconut is it one brick = one changing ?

    Yes, unfortunately.

    One brick equals about one inch in a 10 gallon aquarium, estimated of course . Substrate should be changed monthly with a good hot water wipe of the floor, unless you create a false bottom.

    I will keep that in mind thanks I used what was given of the current subtrate by friend for now did there month change out and got there first batch of live baby cricks w/ dusting there having a blast atm way to cute ! I got some pics and vid XD

    The toad, is definitely a Bufonid. So, therefore definitely not a fire-belly. The tree frog maybe a Pseudacris of some sort. Without cracking open the books, I can't tell you which one it definitely is. Either way, it's not wise to mix amphibian species in the same enclosure.

    alright good to know and hmnn Even if he has same species' all in his tank without issues ? If needs be that is fine I can keep just one and offor him the others back esp since he has the room. Either way I want natrualy what is best for the fella's so ty for all the info and help
