So I feed my frog nothing but crickets, and want to get him a treat that's not fatty or a indigestion risk like a wax worm or meal worm. I figured I'd check GM, and they do have Nightcrawler's, but the folks I asked were not 100% sure if they were free of dyes. They asked others and were informed that the worms are believed to be dye free, but I want to check to see if anyone here might know. Thanks.
open the container. if they are green or yellow, they are dyed. if they are the normal pink/red color, they are not. they dye the worms neon green and yellow so that fish can see them better under the water.

Agree with Bill, have seen the dyed ones and were a spooky neon green!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
Yeah, they're gross. Even ickier to handle. My local baitshop has a couple lazy employees, so i end up going through several containers before i find regular ones.
