    This is a species of African Reed Frog. Hyperolius Marmorata if I'm not mistaken. There are several different phases of the Marmorata so ID'ng them is tricky but I'm certain this is a species of Hyperolius from Africa.

    It looks like Hyperolius marmoratus to me.
