Crested geckos are great and so easy to care for. They breed easily and hatchlings are hardy. I've owned them for years and had many batches of eggs and babies. My one male loves to walk up on my hand and just hang out. When housing together just watch the females for injuries due to amorous males. I also opted to remove the male after a year and house him separately for a while to give the females a break and they continued to lay viable eggs for some time after. Good luck and enjoy. Currently I'm going in the opposite direction and moving away from reptiles and into amphibians![]()

one of my cresties is pacman like, would eat anything, crickets, worms, moving, not moving, fingers, usually she jumps on you ( or finger) from a bush she is sitting in so you are happy there is a glass separating you two. usually she is very very annoyed when you feed frogs and not her, she is supposed to be sitting and waiting for her repashy lol Actually I've never heard of crestie who'd eat nightcrawlers from a tongs, not sure what to do with her, she can't be housed with anyone, last I've tried she was trying to eat another girls tail. She is insanely pretty, huge head, huge falling down crests + she is red almost full pin, would be a great breeder if she won't eat a male....
