The first picture was taken when it got it. The second one was taken six days later and I don't know if you can but I'm sure it's grown a lot. Is this a good sign that its a male because I heard males grow quickly.

It's always a good sign they are doing well and healthy. The growth rate will be substantial regardless of sex though.

Agree with SCF! The time when growth will help determine sex is when females max out and males keep growing. If you post a close up of whole frog from above and one of the face from the side we can try and help sex it. Don't be surprised if we all disagree because that is the game's norm .
