Default Semi new pacman frog question?

So I have had my pacman frog for about a week now. After he eats he will do this thing where he adjusts his stomach, pokes his eyes in, then does a yawning kind of thing. At first I thought he was growling at me, he does not make noise when he does this. He normally does it after eating. So I guess my question really is if this is normal? I read that some pacman frogs do it when they are hungry. Is he still hungry and should I feed him more? He eats about 5-8 crickets a day, every other day I dust them with calcium and he has pooped recently.
Does anyone elses frogs do this?

Hi there, that swallowing-ritual is normal for pacman frogs. How old is your frog? I'm assuming it's quite young since you had it for just a week. A growing frog will eat quite a bit of food and from my experience my horned frogs do a good job on regulating how much they would eat. So keep offering as long as your frog is eating 5-8 crickets a day. Once a week you should dust with vitamin, though.

I'm not exactly sure how old he is, (I'm not even sure it is a he) but it is just under two inches long. I think it's the cutest thing to watch but I just wanted to make sure I'm not watching him choke to death or something. If you open your mouth to him he does it right back I love it.
