Default gray tree frog, what to culture?

What is the easiest insect to culture for my gray tree frog? I have mealworms growing now, but I don't think he can live off those alone =(

I think I'm going to toss my mealworms and replace them with wax worms. I've been hearing horror stories about them chewing the stomach and leaving fatal ulcers =(
Is there anything other than crickets I can raise as his main food? Those rascals are hard to keep contained, and my family will get upset if they find escapees.

Thanks for the wax worm link, much appreciated =)
