Hi I have 4 african dwarf frogs and right now they are getting HBH frog bites and frozen blood worms but i just noticed that New Life Spectrum has an amphibian pellet. it is 2mm and it sinks. not sure if it is hard or soft. I heard soft pellets are better for ADFs and the HBH ones they eat right now are soft. I know NLS makes very good quality pellet so i would like to switch to it if it is good for my ADFs.
Here is a link to the stats on the NLS amphibian formula Amazon.com: New Life Spectrum Amphibian Formula - 150 g: Pet Supplies
Hello and welcome to FF! As you stated, NLS is a well known maker of fish food and it's well respected for it's marine formulas. It's not too expensive, so I would give it a try. Still; I would not do a 100% switch, but would add it to their diet to provide variety and eliminate shortcomings either formula might have.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
yeah that sounds like a plan. I love the NLS foods. ive used it for bettas in the past. My frogs eat their HBH pellets fine so im sure they would like this one too.
