The Care sheet is right. John put the whole thing together. I believe a couple books I have mention this range in temps.

As long as there is a temp gradient within the enclosure all is well.

yeah, but say i have no idea about frogs and come across this sheet and will keep mine at 68 night and 90 day because it says so... if to heat enclosure with lamps not much gradient is there.

It hasn't happened like that yet. Over the various threads here nobody has actually followed their natural climate. It would have to changed by John or have his approval. More than half the new members don't read the Care Sheet unless told to anyway.
