Ca/vit D3 - you gotta slow down a little, do it every second feeding, not every day and use multivitamins once a week.
if he went for a worm ( red wiggler) but refuses to eat any worms ever since, probably he got that mucus on, hated it and how doesn't want to do it again, here is when patience on your part is needed. I would try to reinforce tong feeding while he is young, it will save you headache later. Each frog is different and what one likes or does doesn't mean that another one will do the same.
have you covered 3 sides of the enclosure, what size of a tank he lives in, what kind of lightening do you have and do you have albino?
