    Default My FBT Setup

Hey everybody! Just showing my FBT setup. I have two toads in a 20 gal, about 3 inches of water with some live plants and a Marina i25 filter. Could anyone identify the plant in the last picture? It grows fast and roots in the water really well. I bought the toads in January off someone and the plant came with them. Anyway the past couple of days have been really warm and the temperature went up from 72 to 80 degrees! and they laid a bunch of eggs last night so i'm not sure what to do about that.

No idea about plant name; but have seen it before and might be a kind of Pothos or maybe related to them. If you got eggs might want to read this article: Frog Forum - Fire-Bellied Toad Care and Breeding - Bombina orientalis and relatives. Appears frogs need to be conditioned to get tads off eggs but maybe you get lucky .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

Your tank looks very simplistic and pretty As for the egg business, I would recommend starting a new thread that has something about Egg Help in the title. There are plenty of amazing people on the forum who breed various kinds of frogs, and will more than gladly help you out I'm sure as soon as they saw a forum about new eggies, they will be there in a jiffy to give you the best advice Good luck!

Thanks for the replys. The tads hatched and are getting bigger by the day. The parents just laid another batch last night. i'm getting a new tank soon to set up, I was wondering if it would be better to move my frogs or the tads to the new tank?
