What light fixture and what bulb for good results. Also how do I cool down a pacman frogs tank when it's 88 degrees

lights- lowest voltage regular lamp (13W) would do, any light fixture would work, but exoterra canopy would fit the best.

you can't cool down the tank, the only way to do that is to lower room temp, but frogs tank should be as far from the AC as possible.

They make kits that are cooling fans made from computer fans. If you have a CCU(Climate Control Unit) you can actually hook the fan to it and most CCUs have a cool down function to kick the fan on when necessary.
