New Tank for FBTs

New 10 gallon for my 3 FBTs. I added greenery and new decorations. I am thinking maybe they need a light since my house in 70 degrees. I have a flat heater under the gravel that keeps the tank at 76 degrees. I think maybe I should cover the screen lid so there is more humidity for them. Any light, heat and should I add a filter? The first pic is my old gallon. Second is my new 10
