Default Addicted to frogs now.. I want them all!

Hi everyone, I have been a lurker around here for quite a while and love all of the posts and pictures. We have a Pacific tree frog that my husband saved from some people who had been keeping it in a butter container! Poor thing. He wasn't doing so great but he is doing great now and even comes out to see me when I open his tank to feed him. We have him in a 10 gallon tank with lots of good places for him to climb and hide. I love frogs now, even though I was scared of him when we first got him. (Actually its a her my son just named it Hoppy and gets mad if I say it's a girl, so much that I forget she is a girl." I want to get more frogs now, we saw a pacman frog at the pet store, but I'm afraid of them biting, and they have aquatic frogs there as well. Trying to look around my area for more shops with different types of frogs.

Okay, so sorry for the bad pictures, my camera is broken so I was forced to use this other one that has a focus problem so no good pics of the frog as he won't sit still or sit where I want him to sit cause he is like "What in the world are you doing!!"

Hi there ! I hope you enjoy the forum.
I too have the bug of wanting more frogs.
I currently own 1 Northern Green Tree frog and 3 little Motorbike frogs.
My next door neighbour has a frog in her backyard that I would like to get.
I am not yet sure of what it is. Looking forward to finding out though !

Thank you for that link! I'm really excited to go! I've been trying to find more stores in the area for supplies and for food. I was getting them from petsmart cause it was right by my house, and I didn't realize that they weren't the best crickets. I went to petco which is a little farther away but the crickets were better, and actually stayed alive, but I was told they are alot cheaper and healthier at a reptile store. Right now my supply of crickets is coming from my basement. I don't know what happened, some got out one time, now there is a huge one down there. HUGE. And I have been catching baby crickets, enough to keep my frog fed. I told Hubby that there was no way these were escapees because I put them in a big tank that they could't get out of, and they were too little to be any that I have bought, cause I haven't bought any for a couple of weeks now.

They are native to Australia and I think they are pretty cool.
My babies are now about 6 months old.
They are named so, because the sound they make is like the noise of a motorbike.
