Hey all, names Rena. I've been in the fish keeping hobby for quite a few years now, started with Oscars, then went to African cichlids, then Discus, and now I have a 55g community tank, alittle bit of everything!! Well my husband works at a pool company and he found about 300+ tadpoles in the bottom of a pool which is under construction, just a puddle of water in the bottom of a linerless pool. He put some in a cup, not sure how many and brought em home. We've had em in a 20g tall tank for about 3 weeks now and some are getting their legs now, I dropped the water level last night and put in a decorative step to give the little guys with legs a break from all their swimming and they seem to be loving it. This morning I counted 15 with all 4 legs on top of the stone plus 2 stuck to the side of the glass above the water line. Now as far as what my hubby told me we have a mix of some kind of frogs and toads. Curious if anyone knows what we may have, heres a pic, i'll try to get more up soon!!
