70 degrees is too low for a day temperature.
You must raise it between 78.8 and 84.2 degrees during the day and between 73.4 and 77 degrees during the night.
Humidity must be between 70% and 80%.Substrate must be moist.

This could be a first explanation why she/he doesn't eat.

ZooMed's Mini ReptiTherm Mat Heater can be affixed to a plastic enclosure back or side to try to get that critter keeper temperature up. Please try to answer the questions as you can, in order to have clear picture of your frog's situation .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

Because frog is in a plastic critter keeper there are few options available. Please read my previous response and see if that helps .

Are those inches? If so might be a bit big for a small baby. How long is your frog from snout to vent (SVL)?

    3. around 50%

Need to bring humidity up between 70-80%. Can tape saran wrap and cover 50% of vents to help retain humidity.

    4. 75

Day should be around 80F for a baby; 75F is OK for night (see no. 10).

    5. Distilled
Distilled water is only good for misting enclosure. Only water good for frogs is bottled spring water or dechlorinated tap. Recommend use ExoTerra Aquatize or Seachem Prime to treat it.

    6. Eco Earth
Should be damp but not wet. If you hold a bunch in fist should clump without squeezing water out. Also, only use dechlorinated water to prepare.

    7. Baked driftwood
    Should have no sharp edges.

    8. crickets
Gut load with Repashy's Bug Burger, carrots, veggies for 24-48 hours before feeding. Crickets should be sized same as distance between frog eyes. Plain Night crawlers (not dyed) from Walmart's (sport section) are great food. Can cut pieces from tail end (pointy) and they will heal and not die.

9.Calcium but hasn't ate under my ownership
Dust CA2x and vitamins 1x a week on different days with skip day in between. Recommend Repashy's or ReptoCal.

    10. holigin bulb for heat
    11. desk lamp

Not sure what is this. If using a desk lamp get a red or black (moonlight) bulb at Pet store reptile section. Since one you are using ain't enough recommend a higher wattage bulb; but do not exceed lamp max. watts. The adjust distance between bulb and enclosure until right temps are reached (or use a dimmer/rheostat).

    12. Hasn't eaten, he supposedly ate 7 crickets when i got him

See no. 8. Interesting; all frogs bought at stores and in trouble ate a bunch of crickets the morning they where bought... even skinny ones !

    13. on the car ride home

Once feeding and pooping again, could take poop sample to veterinary for a parasite fecal exam.

    18. haunt tried any but crickets

    See no. 8.

    19. not much

Would avoid handling frog unless need to clean enclosure.

    21. change the water every morning
See number 5. Water depth should be to frog's chin level.
Hope this helps, good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
