Hi,
Sorry your frog is injured or possibly ill ?
He may have gotten poked?
It looks angry
He needs a herp vet asap
This is especially important when it comes to the eye as you don't want this to end up a systemic infection
He should be transferred to a hospital take ---so that things can be kept very clean
Look at all deco in his tank, of course remove anything pointy
sharp stone, a plant, even another frog, a bromeliad with spines
Fake plants need to be looked over very carefully and are notorious for causing injuries---- the stems are plastic covered wire; very often the wire protrudes !
hot spots - from lights ?
Interior of hides
Above - all of which should be removed - anyway
While you are waiting for the vet appt:
-10 gallon hospital tank ( clean it ) w/ a secure lid
-carefully maintain the temp and humidity levels
-boil his water dish
-substrate for the hospital tank should be - very dampened paper towels ( de-chlorinated water - only)
If it is not and injury - which could be possible:
The infection could be a sing of internal infection that has "come to the surface" So, you don't want to waste time trying to figure it out.
There is a very disease call "Clouded Eyes". I can't see his eye really good in the photo
The bacteria that causes this infection is called chryseobacterium. (spelling? )
This becomes systemic - affecting their lymphatic system ( lymph nodes).
Which sadly, affects their immune system leaving them prone to other diseases.
Quarentine and hospital set-up instructions:

Dr Frye : ( If you do not a have a vet ) He is off on wednesday -so an email to him today , that he can respond to tomorrow, is your window of opportunity !
Payment for medications is done over the phone- He will not charge you to discuss the eye via e-mail.

Sorry ! It's not fun when they get sick.
Conclusion:
The vet and a 90 day hospital tank set up is in order.
