How to wash hands before touching my tree frog?

Before I handle my frogs, I wash my hands with hot water. However I don't do anything with my tanks after I do any household cleaning, working on the car, or anything like that. I always do these things on separate days.

After I handle my frogs, I always use hot water with anti-bacterial soap.

Hi there, I use disposable clear gloves. Once the gloves are on just rinse them off first before you handle your frog. I find it to be the safest.
