Default "There's a fungus among us" as my frogs would say

Well, a couple of the frogs have this white fungus(?) growing on the coconut fiber. I scrapped it off, and turned over the substrate to aerate it. Is the suspect fungus a symptom of doing something wrong?.....Is it somewhat inert or do I need to address the problem?
Oh, they're all kept (individually) in 10 gallon aquariums....there's a piece of glass that covers 75% of the top then I use plastic wrap and adjust it to keep the moisture ~ 85%...The temperature hovers around 82°....a little more in the day and a few degrees cooler at night.

    Thanks
    Lloyd

Would try to lower humidity a bit (75-80%) and see if it goes away by itself. Most fungi in substrate feed off the substrate itself and are harmless to frog. Good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

Thanks, Carlos: I hope it's that simple...
